He answered every question with accuracy and confidence, and I knew I was working with a consummate professional. When I got to work with Joanne, I also found her to be knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. This dealership has got the right attitude and business model, and that typically starts at the top. Every sales person or staff we met were friendly, well dressed, knowledgeable and polite. The facilities was clean and comfortable. I have purchased as a collector over 200 cars in my life. This was the most comfortable I have ever been with a car buying situation. Audi Plano would be a great example for all dealers to copy. I would rate it as most stars in heaven. Stopped by Audi Plano on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by a wonderful sales woman -Kassandra Moran. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and quite patient, especially since the purchase wa greeted by a wonderful sales woman -Kassandra Moran.
