Stopped by Audi Plano on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by a wonderful sales woman -Kassandra Moran. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and quite patient, especially since the purchase wa greeted by a wonderful sales woman -Kassandra Moran. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and quite patient, especially since the purchase was completely on impulse! The Audi showroom (and restroom) are clean and refreshments are available. The entire process only took a couple of hours before I was on the way home with a new whip with a full tank of gas. No pressure at Audi Plano- just amazing service :) More
