I recently bought my second car from Anna Hicks at Audi Plano and can't speak highly enough of her customer service. Since the car market is difficult these days to say the least, she had to search the ent Plano and can't speak highly enough of her customer service. Since the car market is difficult these days to say the least, she had to search the entire Autonation network to find the perfect vehicle for me for both purchases. One of them she brought in from halfway across the country and this one was closer, but still elsewhere in the state. When I arrived to finalize the purchase she had already completed the majority of the paperwork which made the purchase itself go very quickly and smoothly. The entire team from the receptionist, sales managers, and finance managers were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Audi Plano and Anna Hicks as your salesperson. Thank you! More
