I'm still in shock as to how superb my experience was during the car buying process!! I was extremely devastated when my previous vehicle was totaled, and being told that I only had 2 days to return my r during the car buying process!! I was extremely devastated when my previous vehicle was totaled, and being told that I only had 2 days to return my rental. Reluctantly, I went online to look for a car. After hours of searching, i found a vehicle that I liked. Mason reached out to me just minutes after putting in an inquiry. During the conversation, I proceeded to rant about how stressed and overwhelmed I was about my accident and having to replace my vehicle. I halfway expected Mason to hang up lol. But he listened and responded to me with sincerity, and vowed that he would help me find a vehicle that was in my budget and to my liking! He also stayed a little late after closing time to help me with my finance application. That alone brought me through their door. I absolutely HATE pulling the sex/race card, but in my experience, being a black woman makes me despise car shopping. You are less likely to be taken seriously as a buyer and you almost feel drained from the "code switching" you have to do to be halfway treated with dignity (if you know, you know). From the moment I walked into the dealership to meet with Mason, I was treated with dignity and respect. Mason was also super attentive, patient, and he truly put in a great deal of effort to make me feel comfortable during the entire process of purchasing my vehicle. He had a great deal of respect for my time, which was very important to me! I spent less time with the financial manager (Massey?), but he was just as kind and efficient as Mason was! I was truly happy with their ability to match me with a quality vehicle that also matched my budget, without all the hassle of negotiating bogus deals!! I have never experienced such great customer care in the car dealership world. If I can buy a car every year, I would definitely buy from them again!!! I have now bought 4 vehicles from this dealership. That alone should tell you something. My sales person Mason was awesome and Steve the finance guy was super nice and helpful.
