The dealership is immaculate kept with a pleasant atmosphere. I walked in and was welcomed promptly and engaged by a salesperson. Andre was a thorough person and expressed genuine care, he helped me atmosphere. I walked in and was welcomed promptly and engaged by a salesperson. Andre was a thorough person and expressed genuine care, he helped me find several cars and then we settled on one. Unfortunately this vehicle had electrical problems, when I reached out to him it was his day off but this did not stop him from reaching out and having this issue addressed the following morning. Based on the electrical he arranged with management to return the car. After which point he found another vehicle on the lot, this vehicle to had a mechanical issue which was towed back to the dealership to be repaired. Once repaired Andre drove the car to my home. This was excellent customer service and I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to take care of me. This was the best dealership experience I have had in the 6 cars that I have purchased. It is not an uneventful purchase that matters but the care when things go wrong that maintains or gives a company a sterling reputation. As long as I'm in the DFW area Andre's level of service will receive my referral business. More
