I purchased a somewhat hard to find used vehicle that I had to do a nationwide search for. The process went very smoothly and I can't say enough about how they worked with me. The car was shipped to me far less expensively than I could have flew to Dallas and drove back to the Phoenix area. Once they shipped it, I had it the next day in the evening. I can't say enough about the sales woman, Sonja Denholm. I am retired and have bought scores of vehicles over my lifetime and she was the best I have ever seen. She went above and beyond. Took videos of every aspect of the car and sent them to me and made sure everything about the buying process went smoothly, even talking to me on her day off. 10 stars on a 5 star rating for Sonja! We had to make a 200 mile trip to visit Audi Plano, and it was worth it. My son had his heart set on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, and Audi Plano delivered.
