This dealer is very disorganized. I bought the car and came home to realize my car inside was not cleaned. They even had a razor inside and dust every where. Salesman told me that they do not have any one came home to realize my car inside was not cleaned. They even had a razor inside and dust every where. Salesman told me that they do not have any one to fill the gas. He asked me to come another day to fill up the gas. That was annoying enough. Came home to sync my mobile phone to the car and was getting error. I have to take the car to the dealer again. The service guy told me that they should have checked that before giving me delivery! Well after spending about 3 hours they tell me that I have to bring the car again to the dealer to update the software and it will take 1 day! Waste of lot of my time. There is no quality control of any kind! More

Mike did a great job explaining and showing me how to use the multi function display on my new A6. Charvis was amazing from the very start, he made everything so fun and smooth. Really enjoyed his company. A big thanks to Crystal too, this was a bit sudden decision for us to get this car, we as everything so fun and smooth. Really enjoyed his company. A big thanks to Crystal too, this was a bit sudden decision for us to get this car, we asked a million of questions to her and she was so calm and made me feel so welcomed. Did not have a good experience in the finance department, I felt very rushed in the beginning, I was told multiple times that the process will be fast as everyone has to go home, I was buying a car, so this is very important to me. I offered to come back another day. After couple of times I did mention that I was feeling rushed. After that the person in the finance dept was very nice and calmed down and made it smoother. so glad we ended in a good note. More
