Yomi, good service. just one piece of advice from one professional to another. When a customer is standing in front of you, negotiations become part of the deal. If I don't accept the deal you're offering, you shouldn't tell me "thanks for coming" and that you have to take another customer who's waiting. My feelings got hurt a little but that's ok, I liked your overall dealing and that's why I signed. Murad also did well during negotiations. So we wish the trade amount agreement was easier remedied.Had to make a trip to Car Max to validate our BMW value. Gained 3k towards our trade. Don’t enjoy that part of the process.
