Guy is exceptionally understanding and patient with my farther in law's ADD. We also needed to transfer plates from a third car and they figured out the state sales tax in Florida as well as a county tax in Florida. My wife and I were pressed for time and they worked effectively and efficiently to allow us to get to our appointments on time. They invited us to come back so they could take more time explaining how to operate the accessories in the new A 5. Even the receptionists were particularly hospitable in inviting us to have coffee as well as a few other sales people asking if they could help us when they were not sure if we were being helped. I have bought many new cars for myself and family and friends and this was my most pleasant experience. More
