We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with the clear understanding that certain repairs would be completed as part of the sale. Those repairs were promised before we signed and paid. Now that the vehicle is in our possession, the dealership has stopped responding to our calls and messages entirely. No follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you are considering buying here, be cautious about any promises made verbally. Once the sale was complete, customer service completely disappeared.

Wow audi of Bridgewater is the best. I can't say enough I had an amazing experience from start to finish . The manager Keith and my sales rep Ed went out of there way to make me a very happy customer. I will recommend audi of Bridgewater to everybody. If you need a new audi go see them and make sure to ask for Ed and Keith. Thanks again my wife loves the car
