My purchase of the Q5,from Princeton Audi was solely based upon there stock of the vehicle. ( car color exterior / interior ) dealership is actually out of my way. Intial contact was done on-line with based upon there stock of the vehicle. ( car color exterior / interior ) dealership is actually out of my way. Intial contact was done on-line with Natasha Mulligan. The negoation was done over the phone ... and I was satisfed with the price. ( 2k of msrp and addtional for Audi loyalty ). The deal almost did not happen when at dealership with trade in of my Audi TTS. I was 'low balled ' with first and second offer. Walking out Jeff York upped the offer ( a bit below than I wanted ) but I wanted the Q5. So I accepted. Afterward, there was a couple hour wait; with paper work, and prep of the new Q5. Which I was fine with. Enrico then did the paperwork and did not push on the dealer add-on. Jeff then proceeded to walk over the vehicle and go over all the check list items. That is where it went south for me. It was discovered that the rear-camera was not working. We then drove to the service dept. There I spent another 90 minutes ( at dealership for 6 1/2 hours !! ). I was then told, I had a couple of options the repair needed more time. Leave the car or come back. Initally service rep was not happy to take the vehicle in ... and thought he was a major ' jerk ' to Jeff ... and in front of a customer. I just bought a new car and minutes later found my self at service. I think the car should have been looked and inspected 100% before up for sale. I guess the ' checklist ' is just checked off and not ' really ' checked !! Anyways, I finally decided to leave the car and take a loaner. Service rep ( forget his name ) tells me he does not have one and might have to rent me one. REALLY !! I just traded in a Audi ... bought a new one. And he wants to give me a xxxxING American car ... I don't think so !! Finally, a Q5 was given to me as a loaner after xxxxxxxx. Which looked like it was pulled out of the woods. It looked ridiculously dirty in / out. I was not fond of that treatment. Got a call from Jeff before I even arrived home ... hour later. Giving status, that the part is on back order from Japan ( ?? German car ). And that he will deliver my car to my house later that evening. Which was over and beyond what any one has ever done for me. Dealing with Jeff was great !! But I think the service dept at Princeton Audi needs SERIOUS re-haul. They gotta remember that we are paying major bucks for these cars and the service end is part of the deal. I for one am glad I will not be going to them for service, because they are not in my area. More
This is my second Audi purchase from Princeton Audi, both from Enrico Deluca. Enrico and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Al was very reasonable and friendly; told awesome stories; Negotiated very fairly (I do realize that people sell automobiles as a business, and as such there needs to be profit. But many places have stories; Negotiated very fairly (I do realize that people sell automobiles as a business, and as such there needs to be profit. But many places have been unreasonable in their demands/prices. Al and his sales manager were fair the whole way through... and while I admit that I didn't get the absolute best price in the world, I walked away without feeling at anytime that I was cheated or ripped off...and at the end, that's what will make a customer feel like coming back again. And in all honesty I would strongly encourage my friends and colleagues to buy from Princeton Audi). The other thing I will add. I have been looking for a car for awhile now. And I have gone to Princeton Audi previously to look at cars. While I did not buy at that time, it wasn't because of the staff or pricing. It was simply a decision to hold off on a major purchase till I was a little more comfortable. But during that same initial period, I had checked out a few other dealerships to compare prices. And everyone of those times, I left feeling violated, cheated, and harassed. In particular, not one of those other dealerships provided a single piece of useful information. If I asked about a particular car, they would tell me about a car I did not want. If I gave specific criteria, they showed or talked about anything but the criteria i asked for. On more than one occasion, I sent an email asking if they had a car with specific criteria and if so what was the list price. (Some of the cars were CPO and I had asked questions regarding what equipment was installed in the car). And I would add at the bottom of the email that if they had that vehicle and could answer my questions, to please do so by email. 90% of the time, they would call me instead (when i was at work which was not an appropriate time to call me, again something I had indicated in my initial email). Every dealership I had contacted, instead of reading my email and actually answering the question I posed, has sat there and disregarded my questions and gave me answers to questions I did not ask and tried to get me to come in and visit. It's almost as if no one had bothered to read my email in the first place, not to mention that purpose of having the internet sales division is to answer those questions to the people who have little time to waste by coming to buy a car without knowing which exact car they want. However I want to reiterate this fact... PRINCETON AUDI WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT EXPERIENCE. They did everything to answer my questions, to tell what I needed to know and generally made the experience of buying a car one that I can deal with. The other dealerships, specifically the Audi of Bernardsville, YBH Audi-VW, and Audi VW of Newton were intrusive, completely unhelpful, and never once gave me the information I had requested. So that is why I gave Princeton AUDI the rating I did. More

Sales person was very informative, was able to answer all of my questions, and was not pushy or trying to have me buy something I didn't want. He took a lot to time to find and ultimately change/order a car of my questions, and was not pushy or trying to have me buy something I didn't want. He took a lot to time to find and ultimately change/order a car in the color with the options that I wanted. Financing person was very professional and efficient. My only experience that was less than stellar was with the used car (trade in) individual. I felt that he was condescending and did not feel that he was completely forthcoming with how he derived the value for my trade. More

The experience I had at Princeton VW was a tremendous one. From the beginning, I was not pressured into anything, I took my old car in to get appraised, I got a very good trade in value and then test d one. From the beginning, I was not pressured into anything, I took my old car in to get appraised, I got a very good trade in value and then test drove a couple cars. I was explained the differences about them and then was shown finance numbers. I was happy with the numbers, I gave a detailed description of what I wanted and Princeton VW was able to find it with in a couple days. The transaction was great. Thanks. More
I still think my Audi experience was one of the best that I have ever known. Riding "The Beast" at Cincinnati's King's Island was cool, but this was better. I have not been on a cruise in the Bahamas yet, I have ever known. Riding "The Beast" at Cincinnati's King's Island was cool, but this was better. Overall we had a negative experience with Princeton Audi.
