I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 with 6K by speaking with Chelsea after I saw to an internet add. She quickly answered all of my questions and Alex gave me a fair estimate of what the price would be. I bought the car after spending time with Al at the dealership. He was extremely helpful and took the time to show me how to use the many features. Unfortunately I discovered when I brought the car home that someone had apparently damaged the rear bumper chipping and scratching the paint while we were doing the paperwork. Al told me to immediately bring it back to them which I did. Alex and Al saw the chips and reassured me that the dealership would repair it at no cost o me which is exactly what they did. They even gave me another Audi to use while mine was being repaired..They went above and beyond to help me with an odd circumstance and I am very grateful. The service department was also very helpful. After this experience I can only give them and this dealership the highest ratings. More

Scam Scam Scam... I went into the dealership after seeing a car online for a week. When I got there I was dragged from one lot to the next after the salesman could not find the car. I happened to stumble upo a car online for a week. When I got there I was dragged from one lot to the next after the salesman could not find the car. I happened to stumble upon the car myself but the salesman still could not 'find the keys' to the vehicle. After numerous apologies I was told I would be contacted when they were found. Two days later I checked the online advertisement which they had no changed the price by 10% increase. The following day, after no contact, I reached back out to the dealership to question whether the keys turned up. "Yes. We ended up finding the keys. The car is no longer available." When asked when the keys were found..."yesterday" and when asked when the car was sold..."today." As of today the car is still for sale on the website so there is some kind of scam going on here. I spoke with the manager who explains the whole story again and apologized for my frustration. Apparently the advertisement was incorrect and they wanted to increase it or some scam they wanted to pull. Completely dishonest. Just a warning for everyone who is shopping for cars. They are plenty of quality Audi dealerships and independent dealers out there so take this one off your list More

I was in the market for a 2013 GTI. Went to the dealership and dealt mostly with jackie savastano. Nice person, knows the product and was generally very helpful. However, both she and her boss Enrico Deluca kept doing the old and most obnoxious trick in the book, put pressure to make the deal today or their price wouldn't be good anymore the next day. Their price wasn't even competitive, at least a 1000 dollars more than another local dealer. When I told them I was able to get a better price somewhere else, they wouldn't match it. The whole experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Would not recommend them to anyone. Adrian More
