I just picked up a Passat from them yesterday and the entire negotiation was done over emails starting 3 days previous to the day I picked up the car. Bought a 2012 Audi Q7 last year, fully loaded. I knew exactly what I wanted, came in one day, test drove, and bought the next day. Guy was gruff and appeared overworked and stressed. After putting a deposit down, I was hassled for the next week. They were hesitant to sell me the car because they thought I would export it. I'm asian, young, and a businessman. So they just assumed I would sell this thing in China. This all came out of no-where. They wanted me to sign all this xx paperwork that i've never had to sign in any other car purchase. They would not return emails for days at a time, etc. Overall, the customer service here was lacking especially when they have already made the same. I now get the car serviced at DCH Audi in Maplewood, NJ. They have great customer service. If this dealership did not have the exact vehicle I wanted, I would never go here. In the end, it's about the car not the people who get commission for doing nothing. Since then, my follow up emails regarding my vehicle have been ignored. I had questions on my warranty that was purchased which has not been handled either. More

Went in for an oil change at 7:30 AM and asked if the car could be ready early afternoon. I was told that would be fine. No apology, no offer to do anything for my inconvenience. When I went to pick up the car they just handed me the keys. No apologies, nothing. ****** Update ******* After posting the above I received an e-mail from Dave and brought my car back. He was not only responsive but went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. As a result I have updated my first impression. They went beyond the call of duty to correct this experience!!! After a sales rep at Hamilton VW angrily lectured us on the differences between incentives and rebates we called Jackie to say we really wanted to work with her at Princeton VW. Jackie was able to find the right car at the right price for us. We could not be happier. Alex Hilgetag secured a loan at a great interest rate for us and guided us through all of the paperwork to finalize the sale. He and Jackie went above and beyond our expectations when they proactively contacted our insurance company prior to our arrival on the day of delivery. Overall a great experience at Princeton VW. More
