An email has been sent directly to the sales manager who I was totally disgusted with. Apparently he is unconcerned about my business. He was rude and condescending. Alex was great from start to finish! He spoke with my wife mid-week, we were in the dealership on Saturday and he worked to find us the vehicle we wanted where there was only one on the east coast.
