When I arrived at the dealership I requested the smartest and most knowledgeable Salesperson, everyone pointed to Jacqueline, whom was on the phone at that very moment. I explained how I was in a Lease with and most knowledgeable Salesperson, everyone pointed to Jacqueline, whom was on the phone at that very moment. I explained how I was in a Lease with a BMW and felt that I couldn't bear to pay for 3 years and then pay nearly $5000 more upon returning the car since my milage was high-besides worrying about scratches, etc, and end up owning NOTHING! I asked her what, if anything, could she do to help me. She came back within minutes and described a way out. All said and done, she and Mr. DeLuca lived up to their word and were able to produce the "Deal" that was originally presented to me by Jackie. Basically, I save $300 per month, and the Jetta Sportswagon Diesel gets 30 to 50 miles to the gallon of gas( !!!) which more than likely translates into another $100 per month Savings! I am happy with the Care and end result that I received from Jacqueline, and Enrico held the line to the finances that were originally discussed. All I can say is WOW! I saw a vehicle I was interested in on the internet…and it had a fabulous price. It was red and I preferred white, so I "shopped around" and no one, I mean NO ONE, would touch the p in on the internet…and it had a fabulous price. It was red and I preferred white, so I "shopped around" and no one, I mean NO ONE, would touch the price they were offering. So…I called and Sue answered the phone. She is sweet and knowledgeable and fantastically un-pushy. She emailed me a credit application which I filled out and faxed back. At 5:30 that evening I pulled into the dealership. My "new" car was detailed, paperwork was ready, I signed and drove away in less than 1 and a half hours. (and it would have been less but we were setting up my bluetooth with the Routan) I have only praise for everyone! My only regret is that they are an hour drive from my home and I wish they were in my backyard. I'd love to give them my service too!! BUT…. THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE!!! More
