Finally found what I was looking for I shopped around A LOT. I was pretty particular about what I wanted and had contacted half a dozen dealerships looking for it. Princeton VW was easi I shopped around A LOT. I was pretty particular about what I wanted and had contacted half a dozen dealerships looking for it. Princeton VW was easily the most interested in earning my business and making sure I got what I was looking for. Within minutes of reaching out I was contacted by Wally who listened to my request and definitely set me up with the right sales person. Oscar is really passionate about VW and really knows the cars. He understands the competitors and what sets VW apart. He seemed genuinely excited to talk to me about the car I was looking for and got me in it right away for a test drive. He was clear about all of the options and different packages. He even showed me pricing options and deals depending on what options I wanted. Ultimately, they did not have the exact car I was looking for but worked out a great deal for me and promised to find exactly what I wanted. Within 24 hours Oscar had located the car and even drove (3 hours each way) to get it for me. No one else I've worked with at any dealership over the years has gone that far out of their way to sell me a car without me have to settle on any detail and I really appreciated that. Bottom line: I love my new VW, it's better than I expected. I had a great experience and I'm really happy with the deal we were able to reach. I will be recommending Oscar to anyone looking for a VW (especially if they want a hatch or wagon) he's your guy. More

Very disappointed I brought my car in because the bottom was falling off (just bought this car two years ago from them). They said they fixed it but didn’t. When I brought it back they said the warranty had expired and I had to pay for it even though they never fixed it. I had to speak to a manager and they agreed to cover it on the warranty. They provided no loaner and could not look at the car for half a week. Then it sat on the lot for another half a week. They have to order all the parts. Nothing has been done on my car for one week now and I have no way to get to work. 5 star service... yeah right! More
