A recent incident clearly illustrates this point whereby due to a misunderstanding I would've had to pay for service that far exceeded my original estimate. Instead of passing on the cost to me, Jeff rightfully absorbed the excess cost to complete the job. It is indeed a tribute to Jeff that while customer service is waning across every industry, Princeton Audi truly excels in that department-- and deserves nothing but praise for its choice of personnel.
