One of the first things Oscar said to me was I'm your sales representative and I will see this transaction through on your behalf. Moreover, I drove from two hours away to purchase my car and hours before I left for New Jersey he gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to text him pictures of my license and current vehicle registration. He did this so I would simply show up, inspect the car, go for a quick test drive, sign the completed paperwork and drive back to Connecticut.- all within an hour. After some small talk (and because we had an hour to kill), he organized a 2018 Tiguan for us to test drive. Zak worked hard to get a deal that made sense, sadly because of some complications on our end, we were unable to move forward, however as always, Zak did everything he could to make a deal work.
