Audi Princeton was able to match the best offer I received elsewhere, and my salesperson Jon Magowan handled the entire negotiation on his vacation day via email, which made the whole experience so smooth. I would buy another vehicle from Jon again, although probably won’t need to anytime soon because I love my Q7!! More

Great sales person and brand specialist in Lauri and Brandon I purchased an S5 in September and the main reason I purchased it there is because of Lauri Campbell Loaiza who when I arrived 10 minutes after the sh I purchased an S5 in September and the main reason I purchased it there is because of Lauri Campbell Loaiza who when I arrived 10 minutes after the showroom closed @ 6pm saw me walk back to my car and came out to ask if she could help. She proceeded to show me the S5 I would eventually purchase the next day. I arrived on Saturday and she spent quite a bit of time with me. Her approach was both personable and professional and I never felt pressured as she uncovered what it would take for me to make the purchase. I'm in sales and had visited other Audi dealers whose sales person I encountered can't hold a candle to Lauri. Lauri introduced me to Brandon Csorgo who was a wealth of information, teaching and showing me the Audi S5. He combines a great personable and professional approach with a high degree of passion which resonated with me. He even gave me his personal cell number and said to reach out if I ever have any questions.....that was incredible. I have texted and called him on a few occasions since the purchase of the car and he responded so quickly and provided solutions to the questions I had and has also provided great guidance. Princeton Audi is fortunate to have both Lauri and Brandon as excellent ambassadors of the Audi brand and I have told a number of my friends about both of them. Brandon has been so gracious to continue take my texts when I have a question and has lived up to his word of reaching out to him any time. I love my Audi S5 and so appreciative of the efforts and support Lauri and Brandon have provided me. While I'm a fan of Princeton Audi, I'm a bigger fan of both Brandon and Lauri! More

Based upon my experience, their reputation for sleaziness is well earned. I am happy to say that this was not the case dealing with Larry Colleton of Princeton Audi. Larry is a true professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He followed up without being pushy. Once we agreed on a deal, the deal was set and nothing changed. He has followed up after the sale as well, making sure that I am happy with vehicle and arranging for some special service I requested. I wish every car salesman were like him. More

Having leased or purchased many vehicles over the years, I have seen both poor and good dealerships and sales people. Audi of Princeton is excellent! I leased a 2018 Q5 (my 3rd Audi). The sales and management staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. They worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and did everything they reasonably could to put together a total financial package that made sense to me. The whole experience - from initial inquiry to taking delivery - demonstrated what buying/leasing a luxury vehicle should be like. I would not hesitate to recommend my sales person (Jonathan Magowan) to anyone who is looking for an Audi product. More
