I went to Princeton VW because they had the used car I was looking for. I worked with Jackie and she was very helpful, straight forward, and honest. I appreciated the way she conducted business. She always made sure I had what I needed, whether it was information about the car or a bottle of water. The only part of the process I didn't like was in the finance office. The man I worked with there made a lot of assumptions. I purchased the tire and wheel protection plan. I wanted to pay cash for it but he assumed that I wanted to add that to what I was already financing, which would cost me even more money. He would start to explain what a document was and then say that I dont need to worry about it because its similar to another one. I didn't appreciate this and found it very unprofessional. I will say, however, that I was pleased with the overall buying experience and would return again in the future. More
