Straight forward and honest, great price. They worked hard with me to get me the car I wanted although they had to look for it all over and finally order a new. Jackie was great to deal with. We ended up purchasing two cars. Opportunity for improvement is the automated emails - their arrival didn't synch with the reality of the process. I received followups asking how my shopping was going AFTER I'd already committed to purchase. I received emails from Jackie that were sent when I was actually with her. I know that the intent was to show that the dealership was customer focused, etc., but since they were arriving and weren't aligned to what was actually happening, they became a source of amusement - like can't they get their act together? Case in point - I bought 2 cars at the same time yesterday and only got one request for feedback. I'm a repeat customer of the Kalafer family of dealerships - well over 15 vehicles and counting - so will be back! More
