These guys are pretty awesome. I went in to do a little research on the S4, with the intention to buy at a later date. He showed me the car inside and out, answered a ton of questions I had even as annoying as I probably was, and took me for a test drive, not once but twice. Go see Troy if you're in the market for anything, he was such a knowledgeable and courteous salesman I think I'd even let him sell me a TV! The whole team is professional, polite, and very well-informed, a great group to work with. Because of these guys I'm buying an Audi, and I'm not thinking twice about leaving my Mazda behind. More

Bought an A4 from Guy this past month. Very patient, extremely knowledgeable about cars. On the initial visit, went on an extensive test drive in the rain and really got a feel for the car. He encouraged me to take some aggressive turns to get a sense of the superior handling. In comparison, was told to "take it slow" during a test drive of a BMW 3. Very polite and understanding. Patiently answered my and my family members questions about the car on a subsequent visit. During the negotiation, I came back to him with a price from a competing dealership and we were able to reach a fair price for the vehicle and my trade-in. (In comparison, at an Acura dealership, was told that the most I could get was a couple of hundred dollars and I would be better off donating it to charity.) When it came time to pick up the car, he was there on his day off to hand me the keys and then spend an hour and a half showing me some features on the car and giving me some advice that I would not have thought to ask about (the wipers auto sense the rain, so they go hay wire in the car wash, they should be turned off prior to going in). In short: pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable service. And I'm in love with the car. More
