The sales team and financing employees I worked with knew about the cars they were selling. They were polite and professional in their dealings with me. The car price was about what I would have gotten at about the cars they were selling. They were polite and professional in their dealings with me. The car price was about what I would have gotten at other VW dealerships that were farther away, hence the reason to shop at Princeton, closer to home. I had to notify the dealership that the holiday sales event email offered the same Jetta S (new) at a lower base price($16,375)than the base price we had agreed on for my pre-owned nearly-new bare-bones Jetta ($16,995) with 880 miles. Only then was I offered a more equitable price of $16,495, $500 less, which did not happen to account for the entire difference of $620 between my price and the price of a new car for the holiday sales event. It also did not account for the fact that the base price for a new car included Bluetooth, which is not included on my car (and perhaps other options that I'm not aware of). However, I am not much of a haggler, and the price was close enough to be acceptable, but you should know this does not engender a high degree of trust in your pricing. This is why I checked the "No" box on recommending your dealership to someone else. More
