He even corrected the mix up with the warranty on my vehicle that was purchased with the certified pre quick with the entire service/loaner process. I was out of town when I noticed that there was an issue with my 2005 Audi A4. Panicking, I called the Audi Reading service department to find out what I could do from there. I got an appointment very promptly as well as some reassuring words to help me calm down :) I dropped off my car in the evening, and early the next day I was told exactly what the problem was (in terms I could understand). I was also given an estimate that turned out to be perfectly accurate. In the meantime I drove the world's best courtesy car. By the end of the day I got back my car and it is running great again.
