My wife was looking for an Audi and we decided to go to Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. We met with the manager, “Kevin” who again, was truly a pleasure to deal with. He was fair on the trade in price of the vehicle we brought in and you could tell that he and Romen work well together. Once we found a car, we met with AJ in finance. Again, he wasn’t pushy about the warranty packages but rather, what would be best for us. The whole experience from beginning to end was positive and I truly appreciated being treated with respect, kindness and dignity. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved! More

Although I love the Audi that I have, Q3, I knew it was time to purchase an updated version. Wife travelling on a Fri night from San Diego, encountered power steering failure in a 2014 A4. She called Walter's Audi Riverside (service dept was closed, but showroom was still open) and they encountered power steering failure in a 2014 A4. She called Walter's Audi Riverside (service dept was closed, but showroom was still open) and they arranged a tow to the dealership. Showroom personnel were most helpful. Service personnel assessed the problem on Saturday morning, ordered parts (steering rack/tray). After parts arrived Nick Howard and his techs effected repairs expeditiously and car was ready for pick-up by Tues late afternoon. We drove up from San Diego to pick-up the car in Wed, it was delivered to us in spotless condition. Nick Howard was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the repair process, keeping us informed along the way. Overall outstanding effort! More

I Purchased my pre owned 2022 Audi SQ5 from Walter’s Audi in Riverside, Ca. I have never been there. The location was easy to find right off the 91 fwy. As I walked into the building I liked the exhibition of new cars in their show room, exciting walking into a nice place like this full of new Audis and the smell of new cars. Dave Duarte was my sales person, friendly guy. Aside from his help in the purchase of my car he also showed me how to operate some of the electronics in the car, helped me to set up and connect my iPhone and also installed the roof rack that came with the car.
