Hello, Just wanted to let you know that Walter's Audi in Riverside has a wonderful service department. Christopher Ostman is a Fantastic service team member. He had my car inspected, he went over the it in Riverside has a wonderful service department. Christopher Ostman is a Fantastic service team member. He had my car inspected, he went over the items that needed to be repaired. I had reserved a courtesy vehicle about 2 werks in advance. After Christopher helped me get my car in for repairs, my courtesy vehicle was waiting. Christopher kept me informed of my car's repairs being completed. He advised me when my car was ready to be picked up!! Thank you, Christopher! More

I always receive excellent customer service.
