Great dealership with great employees I reached out to this dealership after finding a vehicle online and set up a time to come in that evening with my family. There was a bit of a glitch, I reached out to this dealership after finding a vehicle online and set up a time to come in that evening with my family. There was a bit of a glitch, the car I was coming to see was not at the dealership when I got there. I met Alex Max when I arrived at the dealership and he was stuck telling me the car I came to see was not available but offered to show me some other similar cars. He was really nice and apologetic and the manager also apologized for the misunderstanding. Everyone was really nice. I decided to see what other vehicles they had since I was already there. I ended up going on a test drive with Alex. He showed us several different vehicles. We decided to move forward. By the time we got through everything, but we were still waiting for financing, it was after 8pm. My kids hadn't eaten since I picked them up from school. One of the guys at the front desk offered to grab my kids some dinner which was extremely generous. He brought a bunch of McDonald's back to the dealership for my kids. Alex took his time with us. I really felt like he wanted to make sure I knew how to work everything in the car. While we were waiting he sat in the car and went through all the settings and voice controls. I felt like we were off to a rough start but everyone was great and overall we had a positive experience. More

Around 4 they call me to tell me they found some issue they gotta investigate. I lose my patience and go there at 5pm. They tell me the car is fixed and they are washing it. It’s 6pm, still no car. I go to check, they say it’s almost done. Wasn’t it supposed to be done hours ago? I tell them don’t even wash it, just give me my car! This place is so rude and customer service is horrible. More

We went to Maria to look at used cars and she came up with a great idea, lease a safe, new car. This fixed all our problems because I am in law school and have no idea where I will end up. She took the time to listen and look at used cars and find a solution for our problems. Then she came up with the lease and we loved it. She really cares about us and listened to us, which is something that not everyone does. We had been at various car dealers and we always end up at Maria! She is amazing and so is the entire staff at Audi. We came in at 5 pm and they all stayed until about 10 pm. They waited for me to get insurance, and to get my tags and sign allllll the paper work. Then Maria stayed extra to set up my car setting for me and make sure I drove off safely. This was an amazing experience! I cannot recommend this Audi dealership AND Maria enough! More
