We have had good experiences with purchases at Audi of Rockville, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the service department. In the past the service dept has been very difficult to reach by Rockville, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the service department. In the past the service dept has been very difficult to reach by phone, so this time I tried scheduling online. Set up an appt for 10:30 for a simple oils change and tire rotation, indicating clearly that I would be waiting on site while the service was done. Showed up on time only to be told there would be a 4 hour wait. There does not seem to be any communication between the scheduling system and the team actually doing the service work. What’s the point of even having a schedule if it is not related to when they can actually provide the service? Not the first time, and as a customer who has purchased cars from them before and the owner of 2 Audis (and 4 others in the past) I expect better service. Former employees have told us they routinely over schedule the service dept, creating a real problem for the service techs and customers. That’s a working definition of poor management. My advice? They do a decent job at sales, but take your car elsewhere for service. I know I will be. More

It’s almost 2 full weeks since I traded a Tesla Model X for an Audi S6 Etron, and they still haven’t submitted the payoff on my trade and can’t get the registration paperwork figured out for the new car for some reason. I’m from PA so it’s not as easy as if I lived in MD but now they want me to sign a blank Power of Attorney to give some unknown person power to register and title my new car in MARYLAND, even though I submitted everything and they know it’s supposed to be done for PENNSYLVANIA. Many, many calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. I’ll see if this gets their attention before I have to respond badly to the after sales surveys and post this on all other review sites. Luckily Maryland has some pretty strong consumer protection agencies so even though I don’t live here their business is here so I’ll get to them if I have to. This should not be this hard to payoff the trade and title the new car but the don’t care apparently after you walk out the door. More
We have had a terrible experience at the service department at Audi Rockville. We have been having the same issue since February of 2024 after a CV boot replacement. After several attempts to diagnose an issue that is easily found by a simple google search, our problem. continues and most recently our last 7 emails have gone unanswered If we could give the service department zero stars, we would! I thought it was DMV's fault but the DMV informed me that Rockville Audi has not submitted any paperwork. I followed up multiple times with the dealership. No one was able to provide me with an explanation. I had to initiate the temporary tags every time they expired. I wrote a formal email outlining actions I would take if they did not rectify the problem. In addition to the temporary license plate they sold me a vehicle with a broken gas cap and a broken door light. Ironically when my husband and I were at the dealership there was an irate man in the lobby who canceled the sale in what appeared to be significant frustration towards the dealership. In hindsight that must have been my omen. No apology, no explanation, no follow up, nothing done to make it right. They take their customers for granted but pride themselves on customer service. I simply asked them to provide the reason for the continued delay in obtaining the title, the exact date by which the title and registration will be delivered and confirmation that all necessary paperwork has been submitted to DMV. I still have not received information on my following request despite sending an email to Marcus Oh (General Manager), Sung Cha and Tae Yeon (Business/Finance Manager). More

I deeply regret taking my vehicle there, as it only made the overall experience much more unpleasant and disappointing. Whenever I shared my experience with others, they were shocked at the level of poor service I received at Audi Rockville. I’ve visited many different dealerships before, even for non-luxury vehicles, and the service has always been much better. This experience was simply unbelievable and beyond disappointing. More

Marcus, the general manager, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. They even delivered my new Audi directly to my residence and picked up the loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. I addition, they provided me with a complimentary first-year service. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I also received an excellent trade-in value for my Lexus.and a great discount on my new Audi. Overall, I'm satisfied with a service and recommend this dealership. More
