I just wanted to share my recent experience with Audi SLC. I have always had an amazing time with their sales and service team. Since it's a busy season for car maintenance, I made an appointment and got SLC. I have always had an amazing time with their sales and service team. Nick was the service advisor who assisted me, and I must say, he provided outstanding customer service. Nick briefed me on the maintenance plan and estimated costs. And guess what? Everything was completed as promised! Smith did a great job on the video explaining the virtual inspection of my car, and to top it off, my car was washed too! I highly recommend Audi SLC for your car maintenance. More

Had repair completed on my AudiQ7 and got home to find that the spare key fob would not work. Strong Audi switched out my regular tires for snow tires and afterwards did a thorough job of cleaning my car inside and out. You contact the service dept. to let them know what your problem is and leave your number but they don’t bother getting back with you.
