Today was my first experience at Strong Audi of SLC. I am very impressed so far! I worried no one would care about helping me with my new 'used' 2012 Audi given I didn't buy the car at the Strong dealer I am very impressed so far! I approached a service desk (no appointment), and was greeted warmly by a Service Consultant named Jason Crane. Chris Miller (mechanic) was awesome, too!. Jason was friendly and patient with all my questions. He made me feel like I my 2012 Audi still mattered… I'll definitely go back! More

2015 Audi R8 11k miles since new. Car is used mainly for charity rallies and never in winter. The dealer knows this as it has been serviced there since 2015. At last service, I was offered a service package for 2 services at a discounted rate, which I agreed to . I brought the car in a bit delayed due covid shutdowns and very few miles driven, a few hundred. I was told my second prepaid service had "expired" and needed to pay $1300 for oil change and brake flush. I was never informed that these packages expire. I asked them to check rear view camera and passenger side hood strut. Some mumbling, offer another prepaid package, and not done. A text was sent with link for inspection video, but there was no video present. I had to ask for the inspection check off sheet upon pickup, everything green but service advisor said I might need new tires soon due tread depth. Rears had a couple hundred easy miles and fronts only the 25 miles to the dealership ! (Stock depths, not shaved) Throw in tires inflated to rock hard (spec but only needed for sustained speeds above 165 mph), the usual muddy footprints in footwell/door jamb and I'm considering other options for service. They did keep car inside overnight at my request since it wasn't ready until almost closing and they do provide Lyft rides. I have two vehicles serviced at sister company with far better results, and my daily driver from the lower end sister company I will not even take in, but do my own maintenance. More

By far, the worse Audi dealership for parts service in the Intermountain West. Still waiting for one part since November 20, 2023. Jose was responsive from the get-go. He got me an appointment the day after I called, which included a loaner. The other Audi dealer would have taken 6 weeks to book an appt with loaner.
