It has now been 9 months and 10 days since my Auto Repair shop (Higgins Collision Repair) ordered a part for my Audi. It has not arrived!!! Your dealership doesn't have the professional courtesy to contact either Higgins or me (Audi owner) and explain the reason for delay!!
