Garbage Car When I got to the dealership, everybody was nice and professional, the person that sold me the car was very nice. I bought a used car from them, 2013 When I got to the dealership, everybody was nice and professional, the person that sold me the car was very nice. I bought a used car from them, 2013 Tiguan. Next day when I got it I got a flat tire, they changed it because we got the warranty. 8 months later and the car has been in the shop several times, first time for more than $600.00 and now needs more than $5,600.00 dllrs worth of repairs. I called the dealership, maybe they could offer some help or some advice. Matt one of the managers I talked to, which laughed at me about what I was telling him, was very disrespectful, and unprofessional, he even HANGED UP the phone at me!! we did not bought an extended warranty for the car, which we were thinking we were buying a good product. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated, He straight out told me you are on your own. They did showed me a CARFAX which was completely "CLEAN" but the things that the car has now wrong, where not done in less than 8 months. I tried explaining this to Matt and he didnt do anything other than laughed on the phone at me. Be careful when buying from this dealership, especially USED cars, it seems that they dont care what they are selling to you as long as they just get rid of it. More

Awesome Service Damien was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Appointment scheduling, Lyft ride to/from work, and service was seamless. It seems that the dealer had run out of loaner cars. The pick-up process and the loaner care return were smooth, however. The number and frequency of factory recalls were distressingly high, given that my A7 was in its 5th or 6th model year. Surprising that all the "bugs" still had not been fully cured. I wonder how many bugs are in the new, redesigned 2019 A7 ? More
