They take care of your concerns, understand that you want to take the best possible care of your vehicle. They are efficient and wait times are never very long. In addition, my husband and I paid for the extended protection plans for the windshield, tires and rims and they go to extra lengths to ensure these plans are used when they can which is a great relief to us that the cost was more than worth it and we don't have to fight to use it (have had that experience with another car brand). I will continue to visit this dealership and plan to be an Audi customer as long as possible! More
