Battery replacement I brought my Audi A 4 in for the 45,000 mile check-up, and was told that "everything had checked out well" only for my battery to die a few days later I brought my Audi A 4 in for the 45,000 mile check-up, and was told that "everything had checked out well" only for my battery to die a few days later....obviously an oversight on their part! I then had to return for a SECOND visit, which was a big inconvenience, and then was grossly overcharged for the replacement of my battery. A quick google search showed that the A4 battery costs $150 , so how do you explain a charge of $ 635 for this service? When I called to speak to the manager, he was "not available " and even though the service rep Manny assured me several times that the manager would call me back, that has yet to happen.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
