Another great experience with Audi San Diego! I brought my Q5 to Audi San Diego for its 85K service. George checked me in quickly and arranged for a loaner car. Quick, Easy, Great Deal! Inquired about a vehicle over the internet. Natasha was very easy to work with and responsive. She answered all of our questions and the negotiation Inquired about a vehicle over the internet. Natasha was very easy to work with and responsive. She answered all of our questions and the negotiation process was quick and simple. We came in to test drive on a Sunday and picked up the car the following Friday (the car had not yet arrived at the dealership until Wednesday). There was no pressure and she made it a very pleasant experience. Most importantly though, she was able to get us a great deal on the vehicle we wanted. When we got to the dealership to sign papers, the finance manager, Rosalina, did a great job explaining things and giving us the information we needed to make informed decisions on what we might want to purchase as far as service/care/warranty packages without being pushy. That helped us feel more comfortable that we weren't being pushed into buying something we didn't really need. We went in thinking we wouldn't buy any "extras", but Audi Care made sense in this case so we went ahead and purchased it based on the information Rosalina was able to provide. This is the third car we've purchased with them and have had a great experience each time. More
