I originally came to the dealership because my old Audi was starting to give out. It was late on a Saturday and George made sure to get me in and taken care of. Because of this when it came time to buy a new one I went back and talked to George who sent me over to Johnnie in sales. Johnny was great. He set me up with a really good deal and never at any time did I feel pressured. I was also impressed with his knowledge of Audi cars and he patiently answered all of my questions. Finally, I dealt with Jamie when it came time to finance the car. She is a rock star and was very helpful. Not only did she explain all the financing options she also helped me get the right protection package with the car so it is one less thing I have to worry about. Her overall knowledge of finance is very impressive and her customer service knocks it out of the park. All three went way above and beyond then anyone I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Because of these three people I will be a client of Audi San Diego for life. More

Once we reached a fair price, Ray promised to have the car ready so that my wife and I could be at the dealership early in the morning to complete the transaction before a work function she had to attend. Bills Perks in finance ran us through the monotonous task quickly and managed to get a few laughs out of us early on a weekend morning. The test drive, document signing, and vehicle delivery were completed in about two hours. Our experience with Ray and Bill at Audi San Diego was truly exceptional. More
