Their honesty was refreshing (when was the last time you had the finance person going over the add-ons with you tell you that you really don't need "this one."?) With all the new gadgets in the car, Joe spent an hour going over everything with me and made me feel like I could call him anytime to ask any question. Excellent service We were leaving for vacation on Wednesday when our trunk latch failed the Friday before, which prevented us from opening the trunk. I called George and even though they were booked he worked me in and got me a loaner car on Monday and had the car repaired by Tuesday. Thanks to the service department at Audi San Diego our car was ready to go in time for our vacation. We have received nothing but 5 star service every time we go to Audi San Diego. More

Audi of San Diego is amazing! I had a small electronic issue immobilizing my A6. The Audi roadside service was on point and dispatched a tow quickly. Once I got to SD Audi I was gr I had a small electronic issue immobilizing my A6. The Audi roadside service was on point and dispatched a tow quickly. Once I got to SD Audi I was greeted promptly and kindly. Their service department was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was entered into their system and I was into loaner car in no time at all. My loaner by the way was a brand new A8; an amazing ride. While my car was being worked on, they kept me informed on the status and any updates. Once my A6 was ready, I returned the loaner and was on my way with my baby. My car was even washed when I got it back. I'd like to thank the service department for the outstanding care and service my A6 and I received. Well done! More

Beware of Finance Team! Sales team is awesome Still waiting on them to finalize my car registration! It's been 27 days and several phone calls over nearly 4 weeks and it's still pending!
