Untouchable Customer Dedication! We brought our Q5 in for the 15k service and looked around the lot just to see the new line of Audis. We saw a Q7 and asked Don to run some numbers an We brought our Q5 in for the 15k service and looked around the lot just to see the new line of Audis. We saw a Q7 and asked Don to run some numbers and liked what we saw. The deal was too good to pass up. After the weekend we decided that the Q7 was just too big for our needs and contacted Don to see if he could get us back in a Q5. In no time at all we were back at Audi. Don came through and pulled off the miracle we needed to not go upside down on a few old day purchased Q7. Everyone at Audi San Diego made it happen from the finance gals the managers and owner! I cant leave out Dionne in the service department who knows how to put the finishing touches on any Audi! Thanks to everyone at Audi San Diego for getting us into the right Audi! More

The Thursday before Memorial Day weekend I had to have my S4 towed in due to a coolant warning light. I purchased my car from CarMax, but it was still under Audi warranty. Jack Myers made sure my car was repaired by early Friday afternoon and Lindsay Putrus picked me up at my office so I could be on my way before holiday traffic.
