Although the year of my car fell out of their "policy" for a loaner, Brett didn't think twice about giving me one. I bought my car at Audi Miramar and they knew they would have my car for at least a week given that they had to order parts and many other cars in the queue. Fortunately, he not only provided me a number to text/contact, he was responsive as well. All is appreciate! And no issues with my car after the replacement. More

They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Oil change, first one free! In and out within about an hour. Manny checked me out. No complaints here. Thanks guys. More

I I have never had a bad experiance with the Audi Miramar service center. They truely try to take care of all your worries and needs with a smile. I was udated daily on the status of my car until completion. Car was a little dirty due to the rain overnight when I went to pick it up. I asked if they could run the car through the wash again. The car came back washed and dried within 10 minutes while I enjoyed refreshments and TV in the lounge. Excellent service overall. Damien really always goes above and beyond expectations. More

Later contacted Audi service rep who agreed it isn’t aftermarket and promised to look into it. Reminded him a couple days later and he has gone silent. Instead, since then I’ve received three or four prompts to review audi’s service. My review is I expect more when I’m paying $500 for an oil change. More accurate assessment of the rack, more responsive customer service. More

50,000 mile & factory recall service Audi San Diego is always friendly and accommodating. They are clear regarding what needs to be taken care of and provide a loaner car when needed. I am happy with the work they did on my vehicle as well as their recommendations for additional service needs that need attention. The only disappointment was the windshield wiper fluid light came on about a week after my appointment and the reservoir was empty, so I went ahead and bought some fluid and refilled it.
