95k checkup Went in for my scheduled 95k tune up. Had heard a funny rattling noise under the back part of my car. Thank God for the Audi loaner program! Didn’t Went in for my scheduled 95k tune up. Had heard a funny rattling noise under the back part of my car. Thank God for the Audi loaner program! Didn’t hear back from anyone and called the next day. They were having a supervisor look at the issue. When I finally heard back, the diagnosis seemed odd, needed a brand new muffler because the insides were disintegrating? Or falling apart. 1272.00. Called a few other Audi authorized dealers and only a few had heard of the problem. Am having a second opinion done as it is a strange issue. Love Audi San Diego otherwise! From great to awful The repair shop is totally overloaded - I was told to bring my car in on a Thursday morning for a simple repair job. I had to wait for hours for my lo The repair shop is totally overloaded - I was told to bring my car in on a Thursday morning for a simple repair job. I had to wait for hours for my loaner which was the dirtiest car I have ever driven. One week later my car had not been touched. Why tell customers to bring their vehicle before the shop has time to repair it? After another week and several calls I was finally told that parts had to be ordered. The car was ready after another week. 3 weeks for this simple LED screen repair is nuts. The leadership of your company has failed to keep up with your growth and is apparently incompetent. More
Commitment Audi is not committed to taking responsibility for poor quality parts. Sunshade and shotgun door handle (twice) need repair after 80,000 miles. Also, when we purchased new, were promised lifetime oil changes. Audi of San Diego changed their mind almost as soon as we drove it off the lot. Finally Q5 burns oil, apparently a problem in theQ5. Audi refused to fix because we have only 90,000 miles on our 2011 Q5. A car manufacturer such as Audi should stand by their vehicles. More
