However, my service appointment— for the Luxe package— fell pretty short of the mark. When I arrived, Imy service advisor, Joe directed me to a long line of customers waiting for complimentary cars after advising me that my newly Luxed car would be ready after 5 pm. I told him I would see him in the morning. I arrived around 9:30 am to learn my car was not finished. I did not get a call advising me that was the case, thereby negating the Miramar Road morning slog. When Joe escorted me back to the comp car line, we were advised there were none to be had. I got back into the one I had just returned and left. The third morning, I again arrived at designated time to find a ready, cleaned car. It wasn’t until my second stop of the day that I realized that the plastic mats for the front seats were gone. I checked the car, then called Joe. And called Joe. He said they were in my trunk — in a Q5 I do not thinkof the back end as a trunk— but I reiterated they were not. Then the rains started. Despite repeated efforts,, I received no help. I bought the Q5 mats. Through Amazon. More

Audi dealer, Kia Service My service advisor once assigned was solid, but that was the only good part. It took me a minimum of 10 calls to even schedule service. Several times My service advisor once assigned was solid, but that was the only good part. It took me a minimum of 10 calls to even schedule service. Several times it’d ring with no one picking up, I left two voicemails, no call back. This stretched over 3 days. Next, I tried to request a loaner car. I was told to check in on Saturday at 4 pm to see if they have any. Called, no answer. Called Monday morning, no cars available. Had to move my Monday morning appointment to later in the morning. They said they’d hold one for me. They didn’t, I waited in loaner car line to have them tell me I was 3rd in line. Sat in lobby for over an hour as I need a car for my job. I had to go check back in and the guy running the counter this time now was very helpful, and the valet were very helpful. They helped clean a very dirty new A6 as quick as possible that a gross customer left. Overall, just a headache of an experience. Service on car itself was adequate and Damien was great. More
