Gold standard dealership I have 2 Audis both of which I regularly service at Audi San Diego. Overall this is a very well organized dealership, and generally their work is of high quality. On rare occasion, if work falls short, in my experience they try hard to put things right. Scheduling appointments is easy and I have never had to delay having my vehicles serviced. Damien Burton, my dedicated service agent for the past 3 years is genuine, trustworthy, and has outstanding customer service skills. Manny Gastelum, who usually deals with me when Damien is unavailable, is also a good guy. Having specialists who know me and my cars, and on whom I can call on directly if needed is invaluable to me and definitely elevates customer service to the next level. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. More

1st to show up...10th to get service No chairs to sit in so I went to the showroom as instructed...came back at 8am and was in a line of 10 people with no seats...i'm a senior with a hand No chairs to sit in so I went to the showroom as instructed...came back at 8am and was in a line of 10 people with no seats...i'm a senior with a handicap and nobody acknowledged me/my car as the 1st in line...i was uncomfortable so i left without service...disappointed! The serviceman in charge i thought unfriendly...how?...when i came in he told me they were not open yet (7:45) without ever looking up from his computer and addressing me in which i had to ask him: Are you talking to me?He said yes. I do not call that friendly service. Do you? I will not experience that type of treatment again. More
