Where is my vehicle? I had a 10 am appointment on Dec 4. Vehicle was dropped off at service dept. On Dec 5 at 10:13am I received a TEXT that the mechanic was starting to w I had a 10 am appointment on Dec 4. Vehicle was dropped off at service dept. On Dec 5 at 10:13am I received a TEXT that the mechanic was starting to work on my vehicle. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF THE DEALERSHIP IS'NT GOING TO ABIDE BY IT? Dec 5 , no word if vehicle was ready. Dec 6 no word. Dec 7 no word. Dec 8 no word. Finally, on Dec 9, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO LOCATE MY CAR. When I retrieved my car, one attendee said the car was sitting in that spot since Friday. And guess what, no courtesy car wash More

Disappointing at best The level of service at Audi of San Diego is unacceptable. Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than s The level of service at Audi of San Diego is unacceptable. Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than speak to customers. The timeliness of returning calls and meeting commitments is poor. I was quoted over $5000 of repairs, most of which proved to be unnecessary. The lack of loaner/rental cars is extremely inconvenient, particularly, when the car is not ready as promised. My feedback is not based on a single visit, previous encounters with different service advisors were similar. More

Audi San Diego Service Center I showed up thinking I had an appointment for a recall on my car. It turns out that I never received a confirmation. He was very friendly and made sure I was out in a reasonable amount of time. As a new Audi owner, I was very satisfied with my first experience with their service. Their lounge was very clean, had nice, plush leather couches and was fully stocked with refreshments and snacks. Thanks again Jerald and Audi San Diego! More
