It's all about the FRONT person! I've been bringing our cars for service for few years now and have dealt with different Service Specialists. The work done on our cars has always been I've been bringing our cars for service for few years now and have dealt with different Service Specialists. The work done on our cars has always been satisfactory (not necessary perfect but acceptable). What really has made a difference is the Specialist I've worked with and how they've dealt with the problem! Brett is main reason I've remains a customer and returned for repeat business. Frankly without naming couple of the employees talk to customers in a very condescending manners when a question is raised as if they are explaining the situation to a child or someone who's completely clueless about cars. Overall they try to sound very polite but respectfully don't sound genuine at all. Brett, is friendly, courteous & professional and I am certain I am not the only one who thinks that way. I delayed my last service work since he was out of office that week. More
