Went out to buy a Mercedes GLK, at dealership disliked salesman and wasnt thrilled with the GLK. Decided to look around and found the Audi Q5 at Audi of S.S. John the saleman was warm, friendly, low press salesman and wasnt thrilled with the GLK. Decided to look around and found the Audi Q5 at Audi of S.S. Customer Service was great, the service advisor kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle by calling me every other day. He provided a Audi loaner that was clean and a new 2011 model. Dealership was very busy on Saturday and my scheduled appt. was 3:15 but I was not seen until 4:15. I was able to complete my purchase several hours later.
