I wish I bought from Audi Gwinnett Bought a CPO Q7 on April 14th, 2018. 1) Airport parking service is false advertising. 3 failed attempts with unimaginable excuses from my salesperso Bought a CPO Q7 on April 14th, 2018. 1) Airport parking service is false advertising. 3 failed attempts with unimaginable excuses from my salesperson even letting me pass the airport just for their agent to call and say I can't make it happen and I don't want you to miss your flight! WTH! 2) They are trying to get me to use my insurance to pay for damages to a loaner car that was committed by their driver. 3) They kept my car without completing the wrap and tint in a timely manner. Thankfully they refunded what I paid for the tint and I was able to go elsewhere for hassle free completion. 4) Waiting 2 months and 2 weeks for mats and the spare key after being lied to that the mats have been mailed to me only for them to change it to I have them here at the dealership along the spare key and since I need the car to program the key, I can save shipping cost if you come in to get them both at the same time. This dealership is 3+ hours roundtrip. No I have been waiting for months....just mail the mats. Maybe next trip to Atlanta Hartsfield I will go early for the key. 5) UPS label made for mats but cannot be delivered. I call to check and get "No Ma'am, we will not be giving you anything until you come and pay restitution on the damaged vehicle." Say what?? The vehicle that was perfect when I parked it at the airport and damaged 8 hours after your driver picked it up from the lot while I was out of town because you sold the loaner car that I was driving? 6) 2 emails to the dealership DM were not responded to and he was not available to speak with by telephone THESE 6 POINTS ARE ONLY PIECES OF MY ORDEAL --- DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE. I went into Audi South Atlanta to test drive a vehicle, made an offer that was accepted. Gave my deposit and was awaiting the car to be serviced. Came back when I was told, only to find the work was not preformed. Upon returning to finalize the sale I test drove the car again only to find the work was yet again NOT done. They tried to pressure me into purchasing the cart before the work was performed (so glad I didn't). I was told to come back the next day and the car would be ready. The next day I received a call from the sales mgr. Ollin Dunford notifying me they decided to go with another offer.…. WHAT YOU HAVE MY MONEY.. since I was already in route to the dealership, I decided to go in and talk to the general mgr. James Boeing who to say the least was very rude, arrogant and dismissive, who abruptly walked away from our conversation like a mad child. So, I decided to call the corporate office Butler Auto Group to notify them of the experience I had. After SEVERAL call with me leaving multiple messages over the course of a week. It’s been 2 weeks I am still awaiting a phone call back from them. Who wants to do business with a company that doesn’t value their CUSTOMES!!!! Be very careful when dealing with this dealership!!!!!!!! They make the myth of auto salesman/dealership very TRUE! More

I had been searching for a difficult to find option package/engine combination in a pre-owned Mercedes for several months, and I had expanded my searc I had been searching for a difficult to find option package/engine combination in a pre-owned Mercedes for several months, and I had expanded my search nationwide to find the right vehicle. I am VERY particular when it comes to a vehicle's condition and service history, so I had the level of trepidation you might expect about traveling half way across the country to purchase a pre-owned luxury vehicle. I found what seemed to be an excellent car on the Audi South Atlanta website, and a quick phone call put me in touch with Sandra Parks and Vernell Jackson. I requested many specific photos that would indicate to me the vehicle's condition, and Sandra dropped what she was doing to take those photos for me immediately. Vernell took some more photos for me the next day and even did a video walk-around of the vehicle for me. I spoke with Neal Davis about pricing, and their final numbers were incredibly competitive for this year/make/model and options. Satisfied with the condition of the car and the price, I put down a deposit and hopped on a flight to Atlanta that weekend. I was met at the airport by a pleasant gentleman named Chris from the dealership who took me the short distance to Audi South Atlanta. The vehicle was parked in front of the dealership waiting for me, and it didn't disappoint. Every description I had received from the sales team was 100% spot on, and there were absolutely no issues to speak of with the car. Vernell was waiting for me also, and it was a true pleasure to work with such a friendly and honest gentleman. The paperwork was also waiting for me in advance and it literally took less than 10 minutes to complete. Vernell and I spoke for a little while about the car, and with a full detailing and full tank of gas, I was off to make the 700+ mile drive from Atlanta to Chicago. The car performed absolutely flawlessly for those 700+ miles and 12 hours of driving, and continues to be a joy to drive. I thank Audi South Atlanta for giving me the confidence to make this purchase and feel welcomed and taken care of every step of the way.
