On the way to work, my car happened to run hot on the highway and tha Michael Cruz, in the Service Dept, provided me with excellent customer service. With no scheduled appointment, Michael calmed me down, got my car checked in, and provided me with a loaner for the day. He called me throughout the day to let me know the status of the repair, and answered all of my questions.
