When I found the part online for 39.00 I asked if it was 560 dollars in labor or why it was going to cost so much, they informed me that it included taxes... when I asked for my keys it all of the sudden only costed 500. I asked for my keys a second time and they informed me that they could complete the service just for me for only 400$. I ended up paying 150$ to get it replaced at another local shop. They will do anything to take advantage of you if they can. Also wanted 55$ more for an oil change than what I have ever paid at other audi dealers. I will never go back to audi south Atlanta. Horrible. More

Awesome Salesman Derek Ambrose greeted my Husband and I when we stopped by the dealership to see if there were any A5 Sportback's available. We were originally working Derek Ambrose greeted my Husband and I when we stopped by the dealership to see if there were any A5 Sportback's available. We were originally working with Audi North Atlanta however this particular dealership was only 10 minutes from our residence. Derek was friendly and showed interest in helping us find the vehicle we wanted. He explained that he was new to Audi and if there was anything he didn't know he would quickly find out. We came back to the dealership several times and eventually had the opportunity to test drive an A5 Sportback. Since this vehicle is a BIG TECH upgrade from my old vehicle, Derek was happy to show me all the features and explain what they were used for during the test drive. After the test drive I knew for certain I wanted to proceed with purchasing a vehicle. Sales Manager Neil Davis provided some lease and finance options and we selected what was best for us. A few days later the salesman we were working with from Audi North Atlanta called and said he had some sportback's available. My Husband informed him we were now working with Audi South Atlanta however he said he could get us a better deal. My Husband called Audi South Atlanta back inquiring why the other dealership was offering us a better deal and why that deal wasn't presented to us the first time. There was some push back but eventually Audi South Atlanta agreed to the deal the other dealership was offering. Neil even provided me with a loaner vehicle until the one I purchased arrived. I thought this was a really nice gesture and made up for the back and forth regarding the purchasing deal. During the ENTIRE process Derek Ambrose remained in contact with us, giving us updates on what was going on and when the vehicle should arrive. Derek became more like a friend versus a salesman. The only negative feedback I have is a week after driving the vehicle, Finance Manager Juan Martinez called my Husband basically demanding we come back and resign the contract with my Husband as the primary borrower and myself as the co-borrower. He said the bank would not accept the contract any other way. Although yes technically we could have returned and resigned under the new terms but it was the principle behind it. At no point should we have to resign documents after we've already signed a contract and drove off. We consulted a lawyer and was also advised of the same. Eventually the initial contract we signed was submitted because we finally received the 1st car note in the mail so that right there proved our point. Overall the experience was really good especially dealing with Derek, Neil and all the other employees that spoke with us while we were there. FYI, Sandra Parks is REALLY Knowledgeable about all the features in the vehicle. She was amazing in explaining everything before I drove off. I am thankful and happy they were able to find the vehicle I wanted and I'm enjoying driving my first Audi! More
