He's gone above and beyond his duties on a number of occasions for me - several times, after his normal business hours. Not only am I a satisfied customer but I'm also a smarter Audi owner bc of him. I'm disappointed to hear he will no longer be at my regular dealership but I'm seriously contemplating driving the additional 12 mi to continue with his service. More
