Gio was an incredible sales manager at Audi of South Orlando who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I originally had my eye on a specific car, but he took the time to explain why an a Orlando who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I originally had my eye on a specific car, but he took the time to explain why an alternative vehicle would be a better fit and he was absolutely right. His customer service, communication, and follow up were excellent throughout the entire process. Gio also made sure I was aware of all available incentives, kept the deal seamless, and helped me stay within budget. I also want to give a special shout out to my service advisor Richie. He has done a phenomenal job taking care of my first car and is the main reason I continue to service my vehicle with Audi of South Orlando. His attention to detail and dedication make the experience stress free and reassuring every time. I highly recommend both Gio and Richie. They truly make the Audi of South Orlando experience exceptional. More

They were exceptionally kind and professional, and since I had scheduled my maintenance more than a experience, a tremendous and positive experience. Their communication throughout the day was tremendous allowing me to address a couple of additional issues That I wasn’t aware of. Thanks to their attention to detail.
