I found myself in tears multiple times due to the lack of communication and the sheer incompetence displayed by your team.​I have decided to take my money and my vehicle elsewhere. I would much rather pay more for peace of mind and basic professional courtesy than ever step foot in your dealership again. I love Audi South Orlando. I was the first person to buy a car at the dealer when it opened in April 2014.
